Periodic breaks from repetitive tasks is an
important part of any effective ergonomic safety program. Real time work
station exercises for the neck, shoulders & upper back, arms & elbows,
hands &wrists, lower back, legs and eyes are provided on demand and can be
programmed and timed to be presented by the "virtual trainer" at various times
throughout the work day and week. Users can build their own groups of exercises
or participate in two different general exercise programs. |
